The hotel is incredible and lovely with outstandingly accommodating personnel with good services and friendly staff. The breakfast is served in the dining room! The location is central.

The room we had was tidy and nicely decorated with a large bathroom as well as bathtub.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with stylish contemporary design furniture that added a touch of elegance. The quietness of the room allowed for a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. The breakfast area had excellent staff who were attentive and provided great service.

Well-equipped and tastefully decorated room, a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the room. Central position in a quiet Suburb area with pleasant views.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, with a super comfortable extra large bed that was a major plus. We also appreciated the late check-out option, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely morning before heading out. The terrace outside was a picturesque spot for a relaxing Sunday breakfast. the service and amenities provided here were top-notch, making it an ideal choice for both holiday and business trips.

Fairly clean hotel, amazing breakfast, the location is favourable short walk to the skyline, and shopping complex and Gautrain ststion. It's incredible hip new hotel with supper friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are brand-new and neat, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. There is good choice of great food for breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a bustling area, close to Rosebank mall and within walking distance to all of Rosebank's restaurants. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city after dark. The hotel offered basic amenities and the rooms were equipped with nice facilities, including a bathtub. I was also impressed with the attentive service provided by the staff. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent and the staff in the breakfast area were always helpful.

The location is convenient for those who want to explore nearby malls and restaurants. The rooms themselves are clean and modern, but the hotel's best feature is the rooftop view.

The hotel staff is poorly trained in customer service. Despite repeated complaints, they showed little effort to improve guests' experiences and often left customers feeling ignored and unwelcome.
